Moonlit Road Referral Program

We believe the best work comes from trusted connections. Our referral program rewards both our vendor partners and our clients for sending great people our way. If you’re a creative partner, agency, producer, stylist, marketer, or vendor who connects us with a new client, you’ll earn a referral commission when that client books.

We also love when our clients send friends and colleagues our way. As a thank-you, we offer Moonlit Road referral credit toward future shoots.

COMMISSION STRUCTURE

Referral commission is based on the creative/service fee only (this excludes props, travel, rentals, talent, and any third-party expenses).

  • $0 – $2,500 bookings
    10% referral commission

  • $2,501 – $4,500 bookings
    12% referral commission

  • $4,501+ bookings
    15% referral commission

WHEN COMMISSION APPLIES

Referral fees are paid/credited when:

  • The referred client is new to Moonlit Road

  • The referral is submitted in writing (email is perfect)

  • The client books within 12 months of the referral date

  • The client has paid their invoice

If multiple referrals are received for the same client, the first submitted referral will be honored
